Khaled M. Kasbah is a Senior Civil & Infrastructure Engineer based in Doha, Qatar, with a career spanning the full project lifecycle — from earthworks and utility networks to major PPP wastewater treatment plants and Design & Build drainage programs.
Starting as a Site Engineer on Qatar Petroleum infrastructure projects in Mesaieed, Khaled progressed steadily into Section Engineer and Projects Manager roles, gaining deep expertise in roads, drainage, microtunneling, and complex stakeholder environments.
Today, he serves concurrently as Senior Projects Engineer at Ashghal and Projects & Commercial Manager at Tunnels by Masters (TBM), bringing strategic leadership, technical authority, and commercial discipline to every program he governs.
A member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), CP3P-F certified, Lebanese Order of Engineers, and Order of Engineers, Khaled holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Beirut Arab University and advanced management credentials.
